======================================================= MPC Gram ====================================================== Vol 1 Number 50 June 20, 2000 News and Views Somehow, MPC gram 50 was wrecked by the technology gremlins. Fortunately, I had most of the text available so here is a second attempt to send it. Congratulations Marcus! Yes, congratulations are in order to Marcus Turner for completing his collection of regular issue MPC. There are several particularly interesting aspects to this completion. He is the first collector (at least that I know of) to complete a collection since the "release" of the 691/701s. Of course several collectors who had "complete" collections before the release completed their collections again by obtaining the "new" notes, but that is not the case here. Marcus had the 691/701s before he had the other 90/94 pieces. The last piece that he needed is particularly interesting. Think about this for a moment before I tell you. The last piece that Marcus obtained for his regular issue set was the Series 651 $10!
