Great MPC weekend! MPC is why god made weekends I
think!
I have spoken a few times about CSNS, and do not have
too much more to add. Marv should have lots more to
report on that. I was not there too long. Had some car
troubles and other things. Did not even get the
exhibit set up!
Harold and wiz seem to have had a great time in Tulsa
and I hope that they will share some of that here in
the gram. [Guys, you can send it out separately or you
can send it to me for inclusion in the gram.]
Last night's chat was GREAT. Broken up a little bit by
techie problems, but lots of guys and some interesting
chat. Congratulations to the west coast for coming up
with TWO participants: Tom K and Ed B. Tom, I owe you
an apology, you have been a regular and yet I have
been complaining that the west coast does not
participate. It is your geofriends who are slacards!
Kick them in the butt.

Brad P has created a list of MPC people at
egroups.com. You probably received info from them
today. Seems like a good thing I guess. Because of his
initiative, I got to thinking about the privacy
aspects of the gram and have tried an experiment with
this issue. You address was only included in the blind
copy section so that it will not be available to the
other recipents. At the moment, I think that everyone
is comfortable with everyone else, but when we get
over 10,000 gramers, there could be a problem, so I
will give this a try.
Brad thinks that I can or should use the egroups
mpc-list, and it might be a better system. We will
have to get some experience.
Busted, yes, I was busted by ebay for selling free
subscriptions to mpc gram! They zapped the ad. Seems
amazing to me. Someone must have complained, but I
cannot imagine who/why. But neither can I imagine any
other way that ebay would have come up with it. Have
not checked mail yet to see what kind of sanctions
they may want to place on me. I am sure that it was a
warning only this time, but it should be interesting.
Darn, I thought that it was a clever idea and had some
ideas for followons.
Larry S reports that the deadline for Memphis Exhibit
applications is May 15. Exhibiting is always a good
way to spread the word about MPC. It is also a very
good way at Memphis and other major shows to get
credentials for early bourse entry! Try it, you will
like it. I will put the deadline on the pmw calendar
as well as other exhibiting deadlines as I get them
(Joe please help) and I believe that Marcus is posting
a copy of the application at pmw.
Get your classified ads into Marcus.
